TNA Wrestling Returns Starting January 13, 2024
IMPACT Wrestling is no more, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling is back starting on January 13, 2024 at the Hard To Kill Pay-Per-View in Las Vegas, Nevada.
IMPACT Wrestling Announces TNA Wrestling Return
TNA Wrestling was founded in 2002 under NWA: Total Nonstop Action. But, in 2004, they changed the name to just Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). In March of 2017, they got rid of the name in totality and strictly became IMPACT Wrestling. Fans who have stuck around since the companies start in 2002 have always been nostalgic about the TNA name, but IMPACT Wrestling was a rebrand that the company used to move in a different direction.
That is until today. IMPACT Wrestling held their Bound For Glory Pay-Per-View tonight and the event ended with Alex Shelley retaining the IMPACT World Championship over Josh Alexander. But, just as the show was about to go off the air, a video package aired for the January 13th Hard To Kill Pay-Per-View. The video ended with the announcement that starting at that show, IMPACT Wrestling will be reverting back to their TNA name.
Total Nonstop Action Wrestling is back starting with the first Pay-Per-View of the new year, Hard To Kill on January 13, 2024. The company confirmed in a press release that the return of TNA will also be the launch of a new look Including, entrance ramp, turnbuckles and even running larger, more prestigious venues and more. More details on the re-launch will be revealed Tuesday.
