Seth Rollins FIRES SHOTS At The Rock, Calls Him “Gross” Upon His WWE Return
The past 24 hours have been chaos for the Road To WrestleMania following the WrestleMania kick-off press conference, which saw The Rock, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes & Seth Rollins all go at it.
The Rock seemingly sided with Roman Reigns and slapped Cody Rhodes for talking bad about his family. This prompted Seth Rollins to get involved and back up Cody, getting in the face of The People’s Champ.
Seth Rollins Bashes The Rock
Following the chaotic scene, Seth Rollins was interviewed by Fox News where he had some not-so-nice words to say about the WWE legend.
“It’s just what happens when powerful people exert their power,” Rollins said.
“They just think they do whatever they want and get away with it and that sucks. It just sucks. I don’t know any other way to put it. I guess it (resulted) in Cody getting what he wanted.”
“We’ll figure out what’s next for the World Heavyweight title. But Cody said it best. It’s bulls—-. It feels pretty gross to me.”
Seth continued on to talk about his distain for Rock coming back after being away for so long.
“Ten years or something like that. The last time he came around, I don’t like (CM) Punk but he did the same thing to Punk, kinda came in and took his main event and did it two years in a row with some very not-so-memorable matches with John Cena, but yeah, now coming back, on the board of directors, like I said man, it feels like gross.”
“I don’t like it. I feel like we gotta do something about it. Just don’t know what that next step is going to be.”
Fans have fired off speculation about the possibility of The Rock maybe facing Seth Rollins at WrestleMania, while Roman and battle for the gold.
Or, maybe a tag team match between both parties will headline the first night of the two day extravaganza. We’ll have to wait and see what actually goes down, but it’s clear that The Rock and Seth Rollins are on a collision course of some sort.
