Lance Anoa’i & Juicy Finau Depart From MLW
Lance Anoa’i and Juicy Finau confirmed their departures from Major League Wrestling on Sunday, October 29.
Lance Anoa’i & Juicy Finau Leave MLW
Lance Anoa’i and Juicy Finau are two-thirds of the modern Samoan SWAT Team. As of Sunday, October 29, both are no longer a part of the MLW roster.
Anoa’i and Finau are the former MLW Tag Team Champions having held the titles in 2023 from January to July. Since then, neither Anoa’i nor Finau have wrestled for the company and they now are no longer under contract with MLW.
Both Anoa’i and Finau are cousins to WWE superstars, Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, and Jey Uso. What Anoa’i and Finau will do next is unknown but, for now, they have free agent status.
Jacob Fatu remains the sole member of the Samoan SWAT Team, and he is set to challenge Alex Kane for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship at the Fightland event. That event is set to take place at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday, November 18.
