Becky Lynch is medically uncleared to defend her NXT Women’s Championship but ‘The Man’ already has her next title challenger lined up for NXT Halloween Havoc Night 1, set to take place on October 24.
Triple Threat Match On NXT Provides Next Challenger For Becky Lynch
Becky Lynch’s next NXT Women’s Championship defense will be against Tegan Nox on the October 9 edition of Raw. Should she retain that title on that night, ‘The Man’ already has a second challenger awaiting her.
Lynch kicked off this week’s NXT and it did not take too long for the potential challengers to join her in the ring, in an attempt to justify a title shot for themselves. Namely, Lyra Valkyria, Roxanne Perez, and Indi Hartwell were seeking a chance against Lynch. The champion decided that it would be equal opportunity for all by allowing the three superstars to compete in a triple-threat match with Lynch on commentary.
At the end of it, Valkyria came out victorious and will get the next shot at Lynch. The two will meet at NXT Halloween Havoc Night 1, which is set to take place on October 24. Before that though, Lynch needs to get past number one contender, Tegan Nox, on the October 9 edition of Raw.
