AJ Styles Returns On December 15 SmackDown
AJ Styles returned on the December 15 edition of SmackDown but there was an unexpected twist.
AJ Styles Is Back
AJ Styles made his return to SmackDown on December 15. This comes after more than two months out of action the leader of The O.C.
Styles was supposed to team up with John Cena to take on Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa at Fastlane in early October but, following an attack by The Bloodline, he was replaced by LA Knight. Styles has been out of action since then but made his much-anticipated return on December 15.
With the return of Roman Reigns, The Bloodline had the numbers advantage as they got into a brawl with Randy Orton and Knight inside the ring. Styles would even the numbers by joining in and attacking The Bloodline.
Orton, Knight, and Styles stood in the ring, having a staredown with The Bloodline, who were outside but Styles did something unexpected. ‘The Phenomenal One’ would attack Knight before leaving the ring without an explanation.
It can be expected that Styles will address this attack on the December 22 SmackDown (being pre-taped on December 15).
