UFC 298 went down from Anaheim, California and was headlined by two undefeated featherweights for the championship gold in Alexander Volkanovski and Ilia Topuria.

In the main event, both fighters came out calm, the champion was very kick heavy out of the gate as the challenger used his hands and was clearly head hunting. Both fighters legs were getting eaten up, but it was clear Alexander Volkanovski took the first round.

In the second, Volkanovski came out keeping the distance and working the leg kicks once again. But, Ilia Topuria put his power to the test and as Volkanovski kept his chin up, the challenger rushed in and Alexander Volkanovski was put to sleep in round two. AND THE NEW.
