SPOTLIGHT ON SHADASIA GREEN- Jake Paul’s latest signing and mandatory to Savannah Marshall!

Shadasia Green has had quite the 2023 already! She has signed with Jake Paul’s MVP and become Mandatory challenger to Savannah Marshalls World Titles. She returns to the ring Saturday night and is this weeks focus on Spotlight!

Super middleweight contender Shadasia Green is making significant strides in the world of boxing, and her talents have caught the attention of Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions. Green, a 33-year-old fighter hailing from Paterson, New Jersey, has recently signed a deal with Jake Paul’s imprint, joining a roster of talented fighters including Ashton Sylve and Amanda Serrano.

With an unblemished professional record of 12-0, including 11 knockout victories, Green has proven herself to be a formidable force in the ring. Her explosive punching power and relentless determination have earned her a reputation as one of the hardest punchers in the sport. Now, she is set to embark on the next phase of her career under the guidance of Most Valuable Promotions.

Green’s debut with Most Valuable Promotions took place on February 4, 2023, at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. In a highly anticipated 10-round bout, she faced off against Elin Cederroos, a former IBF and WBA super middleweight champion. The fight served as an eliminator for the WBC title, with the winner earning the opportunity to become the mandatory challenger for undisputed super middleweight champion Franchón Crews-Dezurn.

In recent comments, Jake Paul expressed his belief in Green’s abilities, affirming her potential to face British boxer Savannah Marshall, a highly regarded opponent. In an interview with TalkSport, Paul said, “She’s 12-0 with 11 KOs, just going through opponents like it’s her job, the Sweet Terminator. She really has the opportunity to make the biggest fight in UK women’s boxing history right now, going up against Marshall.”

Paul added, “Well hopefully Marshall isn’t scared of Shadasia like the rest of the whole boxing world is.”

Shadasia takes on Olivia Curry this Saturday night on the undercard of her promotors fight against UFC veteran Olivia Curry (7-1, 2KOs). In a recent interview with No Smoke Sport, Shadasia expressed that it had been difficult to secure an opponent who wanted to face her. She spoke about signing with Jake Paul and also on facing Savannah Marshall!

“Jake Paul is doing amazing things for women’s boxing”

“(MVP) are getting me on these huge platforms, working extremely hard behind the scenes to make sure that I flourish.”

“I did her watch (Marshall’s) performance. I’m happy that she gets her glory, she’s a super middleweight Undisputed world champion which puts her in my eye sights because that’s what I’ve been training for my whole life.”

“I think I’ll get the title shot next. But I can’t overlook Olivia Curry, she’s a phenomenal fighter. I have to dominate in that fight before I can move on to Savannah.”

When asked if she had a message for Savannah, Green stated, “All I know is that I’ll be victorious at the end of the 10 rounds. I’ll see you later friend.”

With Jake Paul’s endorsement and the support of Most Valuable Promotions, Green is poised to continue her meteoric rise in the sport. As she embarks on this new chapter of her career, Green’s motto of “be phenomenal or be forgotten” resonates with the team she has joined, as they strive for greatness together.
