New York Super-Lightweight ace Richardson Hitchins (17-0, 7 KOs) takes on Argentina’s Gustavo Daniel Lemos (29-0, 19 KOs) in a Final Eliminator for the IBF World Title. Hitchins-Lemos headlines a DAZN show from the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on Saturday, April 6.
This is the second consecutive main event slot for Hitchins after his shutout points win over Jose Zepeda at the Caribe Royal Orlando last September. A win for Hitchins would make him the mandatory challenger for the IBF champion, Subriel Matias, who recently signed with the same promoter as Hitchins – Matchroom.

Hitchins vs Lemos Undercard
Destructive Super-Middleweight powerhouse Diego Pacheco (20-0, 17 KOs) is aiming to extend his nine-fight knockout streak when he meets Colorado’s unbeaten Shawn McCalman (15-0, 7 KOs).
Pacheco scored a stunning 9th-round knockout of Argentine Marcelo Coceres last November. It was Pacheco’s first main event slot and he was thoroughly tested by Coceres.
McCalman, who is unheralded, marks a slight step-down in opposition and platform as he moves to the co-feature slot. The plan is, however, for Pacheco to step up again in the Summer in Los Angeles as he goes back to headlining.
It’s a first world title shot for Aussie star Skye Nicolson (9-0, 1 KO) who battles Denmark’s Sarah Mahfoud (14-1, 3 KOs) for the WBC Featherweight championship recently relinquished by Amanda Serrano.
Nicolson has boxed in New York, Mexico, Australia, Dublin and other locations and now gets to tick Vegas off her list as she will appear on a US TV main card for the first time.
The skilful southpaw will be a heavy favourite against the once-beaten Mahfoud, who previously held the IBF world title – a belt she lost to Serrano in 2022.
2020 Olympic champion Galal Yafai (6-0, 4 KOs) defends his WBC International Flyweight championship against Argentina’s Agustin Mauro Gauto (21-1, 15 KOs).
Yafai, who is top ten in three governing bodies and #11 in the WBA, is closing in on a world title shot and former top prospect Mauro is the next step in that journey.
Lightweight prospect Marc Castro (11-0, 8 KOs) meets Mexico’s Abraham Montoya (22-5, 14 KOs) over ten rounds at just over the super featherweight limit.
On the prelims, Steven Navarro will make his pro debut and 6-0 Brooklyn prospect Harley Mederos (6-0) will make his return after more than a year out of the ring.
