Khamzat Chimaev Warns Paulo Costa Ahead Of UFC 294

We are just under a month away from UFC 294 at Etihad Arena in Yas West United Arab Emirates. The card is jam packed and headlined by Islam Makhachev vs. Charles Oliveira for the UFC Lightweight Title.

Khamzat Chimaev Returns Against Paulo Costa

But, it’s the co-main event that has fans eagerly anticipating this event. The return of Khamzat Chimaev is mere weeks away as he takes on Paulo Costa in a middleweight bout. Now, just a month out from his fight, Khamzat Chimaev took to his YouTube Channel to upload episode one of his training camp. In the video, Khamzat sent a clear message to Paulo Costa; He’s coming to end Costa.

“Paulo, you dead, man. Be sure to come to the cage, beat you up, send you back in a package to Brazil.” Khamzhat exclaimed before telling Paulo his own country doesn’t claim him; “But still, in Brazil they don’t want you. No countries recognize you. Now, you’re coming to my country. Muslims brother, they’re coming for you!”

These two have been going back and forth on social media for months, but it’s Khamzat Chimaev who continues to claim that Paulo’s home country loves him more than they love Costa. As of now, Paulo Costa hasn’t responded to Khamzat’s latest jab, but, they’ll be able to settle it in the cage on October 21st.

Can they 12-0 Khamzat Chimaev continue his reign of dominance? Or will Paulo Costa ruin the undefeated streak? We’ll find out come UFC 294.
