Dominik Mysterio Sidelined With An Injury

Just one week after his Judgment Day stablemate Rhea Ripley announced she was relinquishing her championship due to injury, Dominik Mysterio also revealed on Monday Night RAW that he is also injured, and it’s not a work.

“Doom Dom” was set to team with JD McDonagh on RAW to take on the team of Ricochet and Andrade. But, Dominik showed up in an arm sling and revealed he cannot fight, therefore, Santos Escobar would replace him in the match to team with JD. Immediately, fans questioned the legitimacy of the injury, and thought maybe he was playing up on “being injured with Rhea”, since they’re so close, but, that’s not the case.”Fightful Select quickly cleared the air on this and revealed that Dominik Mysterio’s injury is real.

We’ve not heard of a timetable for his return as of yet.” Fightful said. Dominik was involved slightly at the end of the tag team match where he spoke with a furious Damien Priest from the ring apron.

It’s unknown if Dominik will be taken off the road like Rhea, or if he will be an on-screen character while he heals with injury. Only time will tell. But, JD, Damien and Finn Balor will be in trio’s action next week on RAW against Ricochet, Andrade and Jey Uso. Hopefully we can see Dominik ringside for the bout. We wish Dominik Mysterio a speedy recovery.
