Roxanne Perez won the 20-woman battle royal match on the January 16 edition of NXT. Perez now gets the opportunity to challenge for the NXT Women’s Championship at Vengeance Day.
The 20-woman battle royal match had a twist, with the final four immediately getting into a fatal four-way match. The fatal four-way consisted of Perez alongside Kelani Jordan, Fallon Henley, and Kiana James.
With the victory, Perez now gets the opportunity to challenge Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Women’s Championship at Vengeance Day. The two are set to have their contract signing on the January 23 edition of NXT.
Perez looks to become a two-time NXT Women’s Champion, which would make her only the third superstar to achieve this. Perez’s previous reign only lasted 109 days.
