Ring Of Honor Results: September 14, 2023

Ring Of Honor is back for the twenty ninth episode on HonorClub. Tonight’s show includes a the ROH return of Ethan Page, Willow Nightingale vs. Lady Frost, ROH Champion Claudio Castagnoli kicks off the show and in the main event, Tony Nese takes on AR Fox!

Seeing this main event match on paper, you expect a fast pace bout, and that’s exactly what we got. Both men trading reversals early on to see who can get a real advantage in the match. Luckily for AR Fox, his speed had Tony Nese reeling. Tony Nese had to gouge the eyes in order to take back control and almost had Fox out of there with a big clothesline.

Mark Sterling, who’s ringside for Nese, also got involved and got a few kicks in on AR Fox while the referee was distracted. Fox was trying to battle back, and eventually had some success after reversing Nese and sending him over the top rope to the floor. Nese tried to battle back but was hit with a cutter for a near fall.

Nese tried to go up top, but failed when AR Fox hit him with the Lo Mein Pain off the top and got the big win. Fox taunted Mark Sterling after the match as he stood tall with the victory.
