Paul Heyman Into WWE Hall Of Fame

As first reported by the Associated Press, Paul Heyman will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2024. Widely regarded as one of the greatest managers in sports entertainment, Heyman has had a career spanning close to four decades.

Heyman first debuted in the world of pro wrestling in 1986 and gained notoriety as the creative behind Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) between 1993 and 2001, when it went defunct. ECW was based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and the promotion gave a prominent rise to hardcore wrestling.

Over the years, Heyman has been active within the WWE and has managed several big names including CM Punk, Brock Lesnar, and is currently still serving as the ‘Wise Man’ and ‘Special Counsel’ to current Universal Champion Roman Reigns. At present, The Bloodline storyline remains the biggest within the promotion, especially with the emergence of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson in recent weeks.

The 2024 Hall of Fame ceremony is set to take place on Friday, April 5 – the Friday before WrestleMania 40 weekend. The event will take place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in what promises to be a fitting tribute.
