Oba Femi Is The Men’s Breakout Winner
Oba Femi competed in the NXT Men’s Breakout Tournament finals against Riley Osborne, and was successful in the match. This was one of the most anticipated matches for the NXT New Year’s Evil special.
Femi defeated Myles Borne in the first round before overcoming Tavion Heights in the semi-final. With the victory over Osborne in the finals, Femi can now challenge for an NXT Championship at any time of his choosing.
Femi was born on May 21, 2001, in Lagos Nigeria as Isaac Odugbesan. Femi is a former track and field athlete who was part of the WWE’s NIL program in 2021 and 2022 before being officially signed in August 2022.
