Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Semi-Finals
The Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic semi-finals are set, following two weeks of first-round matches. With eight teams initially starting in the tournament, the final four now stand tall and head into the next round.
On the January 9 edition of NXT, the team of Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin advanced in the tournament, whilst Axiom and Nathan Frazer managed to do the same. Those two teams will face off in the semi-finals.
The January 16 NXT witnessed the other side of the bracket competing for a chance to secure semi-final spots. The teams of the LWO’s Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde, as well as Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams were the successful ones to advance.
Whilst the date(s) for the semi-final bouts are yet to be confirmed, the finals will take place at Vengeance Day on February 4.
