CM Punk Joins Raw Roster And Makes Major Announcement
CM Punk has officially made his decision on which brand to join, and he made a major announcement regarding the 2024 Royal Rumble.

CM Punk appeared on the December 8 SmackDown before making an appearance at the NXT Deadline PLE on December 9. This all led to an ultimate appearance on the December 11 edition of Raw, where Punk was expected to decide on which brand he would be a part of moving forward.
Following a short campaign around the different brands and assessing the deals offered by each of the general managers, Punk made his decision. As of December 11, Punk will be a part of Raw and he can be expected to make that his weekly home.
‘The Best in the World’ was immediately confronted by World Heavyweight Champion, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, following his announcement of his decision. Rollins expressed his disdain with Punk but Punk responded with a brief declaration.
Punk announced his intention to enter the 2024 Royal Rumble, en-route to potentially challenging Rollins for the gold. This announcement makes Punk the second confirmed entrant for the Royal Rumble, as Cody Rhodes has already declared his participation.
