Bayley Makes Her WrestleMania Decision
Bayley won the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble and, with the opportunity to challenge any of the champions of her choosing, many were looking forward to the February 2 SmackDown. Her choice was more complex than usual.
The separation of Bayley from Damage CTRL has been long coming, and it finally happened. For weeks, Bayley has been feeling alienated from her stablemates, especially after the arrival of The Kabuki Warriors.
On February 2, it all came to a head as Bayley confronted her stablemates, which led to an attack from the group. With her being out of Damage CTRL, there is now nothing stopping Bayley from challenging Iyo Sky for the WWE Women’s Championship.
At WrestleMania 40, Bayley will challenge her former stablemate Sky for the gold.
