The CEO is in AEW! Mercedes Monè, the former Sasha Banks, has finally made her highly anticipated debut in AEW at the start of tonight’s AEW Big Business special Dynamite episode on TBS.
Mercedes Monè Makes Her AEW Debut
AEW Dynamite Big Business kicked off with backstage correspondent Renee Paquette running down tonight’s card. The, a Mercedes Benz pulled up to tease the crowd. But, the tease was not for long as just minutes later, Mercedes Monè walked out to a crowd of massive cheers. The entire crowd chanted “CEO” along with her new theme song.
Mercedes cut a promo in the center of the ring, biging up the crowd and thanking them. She ran down her accolades and talked about dreaming of all the things she has now accomplished. Now, here in AEW, she says she wants and needs to be in AEW and AEW is the only way this revolution can be global. She then tells Willow Nightingale that she has unfinished business with her, as Willow was the person she last wrestled in NJPW before being injured.
Mercedes then ended her promo by saying she is indeed All Elite, as the graphic flashed on the screen. Welcome to AEW, Mercedes Monè!
