The Girl Who Broke Khamzat Chimaev

She asked, “My father is dead, can you please teach my brothers how to fight?” This innocent yet profound question visibly shook Chimaev. As the girl ran from the stage, tears rolling down her face,
Chimaev sat there, processing her words. A visible change came over him – a mix of empathy and sorrow – then slowly a darkness enters his eyes as he visibly attempts to hold back his emotions. And then, it was too much as tears filled up Khazmat’s eyes and his head slumped down into his hands. He looked broken.
