UFC 295 Co-Main Event Revealed

It has been announced that former Light Heavyweight Champion Jiří Procházka will return to face former Middleweight Champion Alex Pereira for the currently vacant UFC Light Heavyweight Championship at UFC 295 in the co-main event. The belt was vacated after champion Jamaal Hill suffered an injury that caused him to give up the belt. Jamal won the title after Procházka also vacated the belt due to injury. The championship has been on a small streak of bad luck, now, Jiří Procházka is coming back to get the title he technically never lost. But, Alex Pereira is standing in his way.

Pereira is a former Middleweight Champion who finished Israel Adesayna before losing the belt back to him in a rematch. Following the loss, Pereira moved up to Light Heavyweight and beat former champion Jan Blachowitz earlier this year. Now, the two power punchers are looking to battle it out to crown a Light Heavyweight Champion in November.
