BREAKING NEWS: Dana White Announces UFC 300 Main Event

UFC 300 finally has a main event. Dana White took to social media immediately following UFC 298 to announce a big UFC 300 main event and it’ll be for the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship.

UFC 300 Main Event: Pereira vs Hill

The UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Alex Pereira is back and he will be headlining UFC 300 against a man who never lost the gold in Jamahal Hill.

Dana White announced the main event for the biggest UFC card in history, finally, after fans have waited for weeks. Now, we know.

Jamahal Hill was the first Dana White’s Contender Series Alumni to win championship gold last year, but, unfortunately, he tore his Achilles not long after and was forced to vacate the title.

Interestingly enough, he defeated Glover Teixeira, who is coaching the current champion, Alex Pereira.

Alex is the fastest rising two division champion after winning Middleweight gold and then moving up to win Light Heavyweight Gold in just seven fights. Dominating and knocking out almost everyone who steps in his way.
