Tim Tszyu will take on Sebastian Fundora in the main event of PBC’s first show on Amazon Prime Video as part of their new deal announced last year.
Tszyu had originally been scheduled to face two-time world champion Keith Thurman, who was forced to withdraw after suffering a bicep injury in training.
The 154-pound title fight lands on Saturday, March 30 at the famous T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

29-year-old Tszyu (24-0, 17 KOs) comes off a red-hot 2023 campaign that saw him elevated to world champion at 154 pounds while defeating former world champion Tony Harrison, top contender Brian Mendoza and former title challenger Carlos Ocampo.
Fundora (20-1-1, 13 KOs) lost his unbeaten streak in his last outing when he was knocked out by Brian Mendoza. Fundora showed his mettle in April 2022, battling the hard-hitting Erickson Lubin in an instant 2022 Fight of the Year contender.
Despite both men hitting the canvas, Fundora stood tall in the end, prompting Lubin’s corner to stop the fight at the end of the ninth round.
Tszyu vs Fundora PPV Buys
Rival promoter Eddie Hearn wasn’t very optimistic about Tszyu-Fundora’s success in the United States.

“Ten thousand, fifteen thousand. Something like that,” Hearn estimated to ProBoxingFans when asked how many buys he thought the card would do, “I quite like the fight, I think it is a better fight than the Thurman fight but Fundora just got knocked clean out by the guy that Tim Tszyu beat easily. He’ll walk through Fundora.”
“But it’s good that they’ve kept the show on. I’ve been guilty in the past when you try and build a PPV out of nowhere. Adding fights and adding fights but that one..Rolly against Cruz, it’s alright. And then Fundora against Tim Tszyu, no one knows who Tim Tszyu is in America. This one is gonna flop”
