Richard Riakporhe vs Dylan Bregeon Result
The unbeaten British Cruiserweight halted overmatched Dylan Bregeon in two rounds.
Riakporhe came out aggressive and on the front foot looking for a early win.
In round two he dropped Bregeon and then unleashed with a flurry, a vicious right hand connected which forced the Frenchman’s corner to throw in the towel.
The pair were scheduled for an eight rounder – a tickover fight for Riakporhe as he targets big fights in 2024.
Richard Riakporhe Next Fight Expected To Be Billam-Smith For WBO Title
Riakpore is now the mandatory challenger to the WBO Cruiserweight champion Chris Billam-Smith.
Billam-Smith defends his title against Poland’s Mateusz Masternak on Sunday, December 10, live on Sky Sports.

Should the Bournemouth man retain his title, the WBO is expected to order CBS to face mandatory challenger Riakporhe next.
The WBO only granted Billam-Smith a voluntary defence against Masternak on the grounds that he would make his mandatory defence next.
And Riakporhe intends to enforce that position. “I’m #1,” he told Boxing News, “If the WBO, which they said they will mandate that fight…then it doesn’t matter what contracts are there. That fight will happen next.”

The contract which Riakporhe is referring to is the rematch clause that Lawrence Okolie has after his defeat to CBS earlier this year.
Billam-Smith vs Riakporhe 2 would be a rematch of their 2019 fight where Riakporhe dropped his fellow unbeaten cruiserweight, at the time, to score a tight split-decision win.
Okolie is also expected to get a shot at the WBO title in 2024, likely against the Billam-Smith Riakporhe winner.
