  • The Fight Could Be On The Undercard Of A Josh Kelly-Headlined DAZN Show

Unbeaten Middleweight contenders Denis Radovan (17-0-1, 8 KOs) and Andrei Mikhailovich (20-0, 12 KOs) will meet in a final eliminator for the IBF crown on a Wasserman Show.

The clash between Germany’s Radovan and New Zealand’s Mikhailovich is being targeted for the undercard of Josh Kelly’s DAZN headliner against Roarke Knapp on December 16 in Sunderland.

The winner will become the IBF #1 contender and mandatory challenger to unified champion, Kazakhstan’s Janibek Alimkhanuly.

Alimkhanuly stopped Vincenzo Gualtieri to unify the WBO/IBF titles in November. The Kazkah is hoping for a fight with Chris Eubank Jr, but Eubank is expected to clash with British star Conor Benn in a ‘dream matchup’ in January at a U.K. stadium.

Eubank is also the WBO #1 contender and with the Brit looking elsewhere for his next fight, it is likely that the Radovan vs Mikhailovich winner walks into a title shot in the middle of 2024.

Russian-born Kiwi Mikhailovich stopped fellow unbeaten Edisson Saltarin last time out to boost his ranking to fight an eliminator.

Mikhailovich trains at the Peach Boxing gym, which is no stranger to world title fights with their charge David Light falling short at the hands of Lawrence Okolie in March.
