Boxing Betting Tips – Ritson vs Davies, Figueroa vs Magsayo And MORE, Where’s The Value In This Weekend’s Fights?

Boxing Betting Tips Ahead Of The Two Major Cards Taking Place This Weekend

With two mainstream shows this weekend, the betting markets are filled with value. In this week’s piece I have picked out four selections for everyone to get their teeth into.

On Saturday night in Newcastle, Ohara Davies will face Lewis Ritson in a WBA Eliminator. Billed as a relatively even fight, I believe Ohara will win well, although the tough Ritson should see the final bell. Therefore my selection for this contest will be Ohara Davies to win on points at 7/4

Also on the Newcastle show, a WBA Featherweight final eliminator between Thomas Patrick Ward and Otabek Kholmatov will take place. With Ward looking shaky against Thomas Essomba recently, I believe the unbeaten Uzbek will stop Ward. The selection for this contest will be Otabek Kholmatov to win by Stoppage at 10/11

Moving onto the early hours of Sunday morning, Brandon Figueroa will fight Mark Magsayo for the interim WBC Interim Title. I believe Figueroa will be too much for the Filipino, however I believe Magsayo will be tough enough to see the final bell. I suggest backing Brandon Figueroa to win on Points at 6/4

The chief support in California will be contested between unbeaten middleweights, Amilcar Vidal and Elijah Garcia. Vidal hasn’t looked impressive in previous fights in the States, scraping past Immanuwel Aleem by Majority Decision.19 year old Garcia is taking a step up on previous opposition, however I believe he has enough ability to win a decision against the Uruguayan, priced at 2/1

Final Selections:

  • Ohara Davies on points 7/4
  • Otabek Kholmatov by stoppage 10/11
  • Brandon Figueroa on points 6/4
  • Elijah Garcia on points 2/1
