Boxing Betting Tips – Bam vs Gonzalez, Fundora vs Mendoza And MORE, Where’s The Value In This Weekend’s Fights?

Boxing Betting Tips Ahead Of 3 Huge Cards Stateside With Plenty Of Value In All Of Them

With 3 cards stateside, and competitive fights on all of them, there is plenty of value in the betting markets and I have 6 selections, with a couple at large prices, that I believe are fantastic value.

Heading to the PBC show from California first, Sebastian Fundora defends his WBC Interim title against Brian Mendoza. I believe PBC have picked the opponent wisely for Fundora, who is one of the premier prospects on their roster. Being in little danger of losing the bout I believe Fundora will win easily. However Mendoza is very tough, so I believe Fundora to win on points at 6/5 is the play.

Moving to the TopRank show in Newark, New Jersey. Shakur Stevenson makes his lightweight debut against the unbeaten Japanese challenger Shuichiro Yoshino. Yoshino is a very tough challenge for Shakur, having just stopped former Teo Lopez and Vasily Lomachenko opponent Masayoshi Nakatani. However, I believe he is tailor-made for the counter-punching style of Stevenson. I believe Shakur’s increased size will lead to a bit more punch power and increased output, with this in mind I see Shakur to win in rounds 7-12 at 4/1 is superb value.

On the DAZN show in San Antonio, I believe Thomas Mattice is in very big trouble against the unbeaten Ramiro Cesena. Mattice hasn’t really impressed so far in his career, and I believe Cesena has way more upset. So I believe Cesena to win at 11/10 is a good bet.

Also on the card in the main event, Jesse Rodriguez challenges Cristain Hernandez for the vacant WBO flyweight title. I believe ‘Bam’ will look to impress after a lackluster performance last time out, and I think he’ll stop Hernandez in the mid-rounds. Rodriguez to win in rounds 5-8 at 11/4 is a great bet.

Moving on to my outsider bet of the week. Ray Ford takes on former world champion Jesse Magdaleno. Ford has got two very fortunate decisions in his career and has never been in with anyone near Magdaleno’s level. I believe Magdaleno to win on points at 7/1 is an unbelievable value.

My best bet of the weekend comes in the chief support of the DAZN show. MJ Akhmadaliev faces mandatory Marlon Tapales. I believe Tapales will be tough, however, Akhmadaliev will be able to break him down with his high-power punch output. I believe Akhmadaliev to win in rounds 7-12 at 5/4 is the best bet of the week.
