Queensberry Head Back To York Hall With Three Title Fights Headlined By Adeleye vs Bezus

Frank Warren’s Queensberry Promotions return to the historic York Hall, Bethnal Green this Friday, February 17 for three championship fights and multiple top prospects on the card live on BT Sport.

In the featured bout, unbeaten pair David Adeleye (10-0, 9 KOs) and Dmytro Bezus (10-0, 5 KOs) collide for the WBO European Heavyweight title. Two perfect records go on the line in a Britain vs Ukraine clash as the big-punching Adeleye headlines for the second time.

Lightweight prospect Mark Chamberlain (11-0, 7 KOs) defends his IBF European strap against Italian champion Vairo Lenti (10-4-1) in the co-feature. Chamberlain is gunning for a shot at the British lightweight title contested between Gavin Gwynne and Craig Woodruff on the Rakhimov-Cordina undercard on April 22 in Cardiff. Matchroom does have options on the winner though, it must be said.

WBC international silver champion Henry Turner (9-0, 2 KOs) makes the first defence of the title he won last November in Dubai against Spain’s Zeus de Armas (15-2-2).
