Ring Of Honor Results: June 15, 2023

Ring Of Honor is back for the sixteenth episode on HonorClub. Tonight’s show is packed with action including Samoa Joe defending his Ring Of Honor TV Championship against Matt Sydal, Women’s Champion Athena battles Trish Adora in a proving ground match and the Sic X Man Tag Team Championships are on the line when The Embassy defends against AR Fox, Darius Martin, and Action Andretti.

The Six-Man Tag Team Championships were the main event of tonight’s show. AR Fox and Brian Cage kicked off the match, with the power of Cage being too much for Fox in the early going. Fox tried to use his speed and agility to his advantage but Brian was just mauling him and throwing him around until Fox got the tag to Darius Martin. Martin ran circles around Cage until Kaun was tagged in, and viciously cut off Darius Martin’s offense.

The Embassy made quick tags in and out to isolate Darius in their corner. But, Darius finally got away and tagged in Action Andretti, who had Toa Liona reeling for a moment before the three-on-one attack by the Embassy caught up to him.

AR Fox eventually got his chance to come back into the match and he was taking on all three members of the Embassy in impressive fashion. He took Toa and Kaun out on the outside before hitting a huge dive on Cage, followed up by a Swanton, which got him a close two count near fall.

Andretti, Fox, and Martin hit a triple-team move on Cage, but Toa Liona and Kaun came back in for the save. Things started to break down and bodies were flying all over the ring. AR Fox hit a big 450 splash on Kaun, followed by Andretti hitting one of his own but Cage broke up the pin.

Things started to break down again, and the last two men standing were Action Andretti and Brian Cage. Andretti tried to splash Cage in the corner but got caught with a kick. Cage followed up with his signature ‘Weapon X’ finisher for the win. The Embassy has retained their Six-Man Tag Team Titles.
