Tokkers Tips: Prograis, Tszyu, Clarke Where’s the value this weekend?
With some intriguing bouts taking place this weekend, I have looked through the betting markets for bets I believe are good value.
Prograis, Tszyu, Clarke Where’s the value this weekend?
Starting off on the Boxxer card at York Hall, I believe Frazer Clarke will beat Mariusz Wach on points. Clarke hasn’t exactly shown exceptional punching power throughout his career, and I don’t believe he will suddenly show it now. Also, Wach is exceptionally tough, having only been stopped once in 4 years by Arslanbek Makhmudov. I believe this all indicates Frazer Clarke on points at 2/1.
Also on the Boxxer card, I believe late replacement Uisma Lima has an extremely good chance to upset Aaron McKenna. The unbeaten Angolan punches extremely hard and McKenna has looked distinctly average throughout his career so far. I believe Lima via stoppage at 15/4 is a good bet.
Moving over to America, I can’t see Regis Prograis having any trouble with Danielito Zorrilla. In a complete mismatch, I see Prograis simply running through the Puerto Rican. Prograis in rounds 1-6 at 11/8 is my play.
In Australia, Tim Tszyu takes on Carlos Ocampo. Although I can’t see Tszyu losing the fight, Ocampo could give him problems with his awkward style. However, with the persistent pressure of the Australian, I see Tszyu wearing Ocampo down to a late stoppage victory. Tszyu 7-12 is available at 5/4
Final Selections:
- Clarke points 2/1
- Lima stoppage 15/4
- Prograis 1-6 11/8
- Tszyu 7-12 5/4
