WBO’s #1 154-pounder Josh Kelly headlines a DAZN show this Saturday, December 16 at the Beacon of Light in his hometown of Sunderland, UK.
Kelly (14-1-1, 7 KOs) returns to DAZN, where he scored a wide unanimous decision win over undefeated Argentine Gabriel Alberto Corzo in July.

South Africa’s Roarke Knapp was the original opponent but he withdrew from the fight a couple of weeks out so the 2016 Olympian will now face Colombian KO artist Placido Ramirez (24-3, 17 KOs) in a final eliminator for the IBO super welterweight world title, currently held by JJ Metcalf.
29-year-old Ramirez could put himself in line for a world title should he pull off the upset. The South American has only lost to undefeated opponents; Bryan Flores, Sonny Fredrickson and Luis Hernandez Ramos.
A win for Kelly and a world title chance against Tim Tszyu would be possible but Wasserman also represents British star Chris Eubank Jr at the weight above who is now without an opponent as his mega fight with Conor Benn has fallen through.
