Boxer Hamza Uddin Turns Professional

AMATEUR STAR Hamza Uddin has tipped his hat to the unpaid ranks as the highly-rated 20-year-old will turn over to the professional code later this year.

Uddin will do so with the assistance of Sam Jones, NoSmokeSport understands. Jones has quickly become one of the hottest advisors in British boxing and will be adding Uddin to a stable of talent that includes 140-pound contender Jack Catterall.

The #1 ranked Flyweight in Britain earned a dream ITV News feature at fifteen years of age with early comparisons to boxing legend Naseem Hamed.

Walsall-born Uddin picked up the gloves for the first time at just eight years old and quickly realised he was a natural to the pugilistic art.

And it has been a successful journey ever since, picking up title after title and now at just 20, the flashy boxer will look to continue practising his trade with world titles as the new end goal.

Boxing experts pick Hamza Uddin to be the next big star for Midlands boxing with an already sizeable following and a style that is guaranteed to appeal to the masses.
